This is truly a special month and year. January, 1994 was the time, 20 years ago, that a few of us decided to launch a community organization.
It is only with your support that we can survive for the next 20 years!
Together we can create community that not only reminds us of our obligations to one another but also to share in the joys & trials of parenting, growing older and wiser, meeting our manifold aspirations for ourselves, and enabling a joyfulness along every step of the way. Our financial goal this year is $30,000, to pay the rent. We have received pledges from some of our Benefactors that total about $12,000. So we do have a long way to go.
Your generosity has been a source of tremendous strength to us. We hope to continue to be worthy of it by working hard, with integrity, with devotion to our community principles and with an abiding commitment to the highest in our Indian tradition.
